What the form collects
When the form is enabled and verification succeeds, it saves your email address, the request time in UTC, the privacy acknowledgment and its version, and the offer terms shown for your request. It does not ask for payment information. Requesting an offer does not subscribe you to marketing or place an order.
The email request form is currently disabled and cannot submit or save an offer request. Where this site's Cloudflare widget is configured, the verification panel may still load and process technical browser and network information. Completing that panel does not submit your email or reveal an offer.
How the information is used
Your information records and fulfills your offer request and helps respond to questions about it. The code appears on screen; this implementation does not send an offer email or connect to a mailing list or CRM. The operator must confirm the applicable legal basis and any region-specific rights before launch.
Verification and security
The offer page uses Cloudflare Turnstile when its own verification settings are ready. Your browser connects to Cloudflare, which processes technical browser and network information to assess automated activity. The server sends the resulting verification token to Cloudflare only when an enabled offer request is submitted. The form does not send your email address to Cloudflare for verification.
The application uses a temporary keyed hash of the network address to limit repeated requests. That counter expires within 15 minutes. It does not save raw network addresses or verification tokens in the lead table. Your hosting provider, WordPress services and Cloudflare may separately keep security logs under their own policies.
Cloudflare’s privacy information and data processing terms describe its handling of verification data. Provider locations and international transfer arrangements must be confirmed by the operator.
Retention and access
Offer records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. WordPress runs the cleanup daily when its scheduler runs; the host should provide a regular scheduler for dependable removal. Administrators with the appropriate WordPress permissions can access or export records. Access to the hosting database and backups is controlled by the operator.

Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, or to raise a concern with the relevant privacy authority. The operator must confirm how to make a privacy request before collection begins. WordPress privacy tools support export and erasure of saved offer records.
Cookies and other tools
The supplied theme and offer plugin include no advertising pixels or analytics and do not place a marketing cookie or store your email in browser storage. Turnstile may use technical mechanisms for security when the verification panel loads. The hosting environment may also use technical security mechanisms. Any future analytics, integrations or cookies require a review and an updated notice before use.
Continuing to AionSci
After a successful request, the form displays the approved code, offer terms and a link to AionSci. AionSci’s store handles sign-in, purchasing, payment and fulfillment under its own terms and privacy notice. The offer page does not send your email address in that link.
